Elektrischer Reporter, which I assume is the most popular TV show in Germany, has created a new mini-documentary on “Nerd-Kultur“. This slickly produced video features various internet famous people discussing nerd culture. Being internationally known as an Über-Nerd, they had to include an interview with me in there too. Although the video also features some footage of Bre Pettis and AllAboutGeorge also gets some air time, I appear to be the only American nerd interviewed. The good news is it’s one of the wittiest and most insightful interviews I’ve ever given! The bad news is some German dude spricht Deutsch all over my beautiful words. Speak American dammit!

No one knows about Nerdcore in germany.. The only "Nerdsongs" we have, is about Onlinegames like World of Warcraft or Counter Strike..

I asked my friend Andres if I said anything cool in the video. He replied "you said stuff, like 'Liking old video games doesn't make me a nerd. Owning hundreds of cartridges of them does."
