For my birthday, Shannon and her aunt bought me a gift certificate to The Barber Lounge, a fancy pants salon/spa in the SoMa. The $55 pedicure was pricier than our typical $20 spas, but the place was awesome and they did a great job. My foot stylist, Hoang, was delighted when I told him he could pick any colors for my nail polish. He confirmed that I was willing to have any color he chose on my toes before painting them silver and gold.
